I’ve been watching this guy’s work for a while now, his name is Alex Ostrowski (this was a collaboration with Johanna Lundberg, Elin Svensson, Kristina Grundberg and Hattie Newman for a Guardian article) and he’s bloody brilliant. He actually has a social conscience, and his projects all help the world, in one way or another. He won the RSA Design Directions Award for a book he wrote/designed following a project helping patients in a brain injury rehabilitation unit. He takes part in lectures that attempt to make graduates more socially aware, and he designs posters that make people happy. I heart him.
